Job Description
You will provide an excellent customer focused service by delivering consistently high quality assistance to our customers by answering and resolving their enquiries as the first point of contact, and dealing with their requests for service efficiently and effectively. This role is face to face based at the customer reception at the Town Hall, South Shields, where you could be dealing with vulnerable customers and sensitive situations.
