About the Role

Do you want to lead services that make a real difference to people's lives and strengthen partnerships across health, education and social care? We're looking for an inspiring and values-led Head of Function to join the senior leadership team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], leading Mental Health, Learning Disability and Preparing for Adulthood services. You'll shape person-centred, rights-based support that helps people to live independently, connect with their communities, and have greater choice and control. You will provide senior leadership across social care teams and alliances, supporting innovation and improvement. The role includes strategic oversight of the AMHP function, delivery of community mental health and learning disability transformation, and development of strong transition pathways for young people.

Requirements

  • Registered health or social care professional
  • Significant leadership experience in adult social care, mental health, learning disability or transition services
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Confidence in managing complex systems
  • Commitment to co-production and inclusion
