About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a dedicated social worker to join the Children’s Disability social work team. We have a stable and supportive management team and are embedding relational and restorative practice principles. You will work in a small team with strong guidance and oversight, and access to a visible and approachable management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with children and families to achieve the best outcomes.
• Apply relational and restorative practice in daily work.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Engage in career progression and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Qualified social worker (Social Work degree or equivalent).
• Experience in children’s social work (disabilities experience desirable).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
