Job Summary
Our UK Distribution Centre, in Bardon, Leicestershire is key to the success of our overall Supply Chain. This role is based at the Laddaw branch in Hedge End (SO30 2FZ). You will handle vehicle glass in the warehouse, operate MHE, and support deliveries.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] quality and safety standards
- Using MHE to move stock efficiently and safely
- Follow Health & Safety requirements, including manual handling equipment and self-risk assessments
- Report issues arising during deliveries or in the warehouse
- Support stocktakes (physical counting and system reconciliation)
- Actively promote and undertake recycling of waste
- Comply with SOPs, GDPR, ISO standards, and MHE daily checks

Training
You will be required to complete regular mandatory training including Equality and Diversity, GDPR, Data Protection, Information Security, Bribery Act, Modern Slavery, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, and Cyber Security. Additionally, job-specific training on MHE and understanding our customer journey.
