Job Description
I'm currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a fully integrated agency with an impressive client base across the tech space. This is a brilliant role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B agency environment and enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering impactful creative campaigns, and being a key driver of account growth. The agency offers a highly flexible hybrid working model, with office attendance only required when needed for client or team collaboration.
The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you'll work closely with the Account Director to lead and grow key client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget. You'll play a central role across the full campaign lifecycle - from interpreting briefs and managing internal teams, through to presenting creative work and identifying opportunities for organic account growth. This is a highly visible position within the agency and a genuine stepping stone into Account Director level responsibility. Projects can range from:
- Brand positioning and messaging
- Lead generation campaigns
- ABM programmes
- Creative campaign development
- Large-scale B2B marketing initiatives
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a B2B marketing/comms agency environment
- Experience working with complex B2B or tech-focused brands
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and project management ability
- Commercially minded with the confidence to present and sell ideas
- Someone proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented
- A genuine interest in creativity, marketing and technology
