Job Description

We're partnering with a market-leading retail media and data business powering advertising for one of the UK's largest consumer platforms - reaching millions of households and working with globally recognised brands. Following major investment and continued growth, they're hiring a Head of Measurement to build and define how advertising effectiveness is positioned, packaged, and taken to market. This isn't a traditional analytics role. It sits closer to product marketing for measurement - owning the narrative, shaping the proposition, and translating complex capabilities into commercially compelling stories.

The Role

  • Own and define the measurement proposition from the ground up - starting with a blank sheet
  • Shape how measurement capabilities are packaged, positioned, and taken to market
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives that articulate the value of measurement to commercial teams
  • Partner with product, data science, and commercial teams to align capabilities with market needs
  • Build go-to-market plans for new measurement products and solutions
  • Translate complex measurement methodologies (incrementality, attribution, MMM) into simple, commercial messaging
  • Enable sales teams with materials, case studies, and proof points
  • Act as the internal 'voice of the customer,' ensuring propositions land commercially

What They're Looking For

  • Experience in marketing measurement, analytics, or marketing science
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into clear value propositions
  • Background in product marketing, strategy, or measurement-led roles
  • Understanding of incrementality, attribution, experimentation, or MMM
  • Comfortable building propositions and frameworks from scratch
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, and commercial teams
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
