Paid Social Account Director

The role involves setting strategic direction, leading client relationships, and overseeing high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client management, campaign performance analysis, team leadership, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Oversee campaign performance and ensure delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, brand metrics, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and innovation
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of paid social specialists
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams (search, programmatic, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Oversee budget management and ensure efficient allocation of media spend

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in paid social, ideally within an agency environment
  • Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading large-scale campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective media strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and their advertising ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
