Our Team works on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] SD-WAN solutions that help enterprises build resilient, secure, and scalable wide area networks for distributed branch, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Your Impact

• Establish and drive the comprehensive test strategy and validation for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Secure Router Platform, including deep-dive performance analysis.
• As Platform Test engineer, test Hardware, Software, Programmable and certify SFP/optics interoperable with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Secure routers.
• Performance Debugging: Perform deep-dive analysis into performance bottlenecks.
• Design and evolve scalable test frameworks, test automation, and validation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product management, hardware, and TAC teams.
• Contribute to customer demos and technical presentations.
• Represent the test organization in multi-functional forums.
• Modern Test Practices: Apply AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex) and VSCode.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience in testing Layer 1-3 networking products, platform validation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, test plan creation, execution, and release validation.
• Extensive hands-on experience in platform testing, PHY/MAC layer validation, high-speed interface integrity testing.
• Demonstrated ability to architect robust test plans for port validation, Datapath/control path, FPGA, ROMMON, environmental/hardware functional testing.
• Deep knowledge of MACsec, Port-Channels, Flow Control, and QoS.
• 4+ years of test automation development using Python and REST APIs.
• Expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis using kernel logs and system traces.
• Solid foundation in Linux and virtualization technologies (KVM, ESXI).
• Hands-on expertise with Ixia, Spirent, and Wireshark.
• Proficiency in Git for source code management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent.
• Understanding of optical networking, cabling technologies, advanced routing concepts.
• Experience with Interoperability, Performance, Scale, and Convergence testing.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
