Splunk Channel (Partner) SE (Solutions Engineer)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Splunk Channel Solutions Engineer to enable and support its partner ecosystem. This role is critical for scaling Splunk's business through partner reach.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner Technical Enablement: Deliver technical training, workshops, and webinars to partners.
  • Sales Support: Work with partners on technical validation of Splunk solutions.
  • Technical Advisor: Act as primary technical advisor for partners on architecture and best practices.
  • Solution Positioning: Articulate value of Splunk technology to business and technical audiences.
  • Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers to identify new opportunities.
  • RFI/RFP Support: Respond to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-15+ years in Partner/Channel SE role.
  • Splunk/Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ES, Splunk Observability Cloud.
  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of Security Solutions, Linux/Windows, networking, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
