As the Senior Director of AI Engineering within the Security Business Group (SBG), you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our AI-driven security portfolio. Our team is at the forefront of the industry, building AI-powered security products that power [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s security portfolio—from network security and threat detection to automated response and predictive analytics.
Your Impact
- Strategic AI Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI engineering strategy for the Security Business Group.
- Organizational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a large, multi-disciplinary engineering organization.
- Engineering Innovation & Velocity: Drive transformation of the engineering lifecycle by integrating AI-assisted development tools like Codex and Claude CLI.
- AI-Augmented Engineering Infrastructure: Oversee design and deployment of internal AI platforms.
- Organizational AI Evangelism: Partner with engineering leadership to champion an AI-first culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep AI/ML leadership, including 6+ years in senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Codex and Claude CLI.
- Proven success taking AI/ML products from concept to production in SaaS/security.
- Extensive experience with hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
- Solid understanding of cyber and network security principles (SASE, SWG, XDR, SOAR, Firewall, Identity).
Preferred Qualifications
- Thought leadership in AI/Security (patents, publications, speaking).
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Experience working with executive leadership to drive business growth.
- Deep experience in AI safety, governance, and ethical deployment.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

Salary & Benefits
