Program Management Intern
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a part-time hybrid Program Management Intern for the CETO team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] IT. This role requires in-office attendance at least once per week and is open to current bachelor's students graduating within 6 months.
Meet the Team
Step into CETO at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] IT. This is a team of builders, collaborators, and change agents. We bring together expertise in CRM architecture, data governance, sales and partner compensation, AI and automation – all under one roof.
Your Impact
- Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and communications.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Support the management of project risks and issues.
- Help organize meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Learn and apply program management tools and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; within 6 months of graduation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills, along with detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English. The candidate must possess strong command over both written and spoken English.
- Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adaptability to AI-assisted automation and optimization in product management tasks.
