Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, 8.30am - 6pm

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced franchise motor trade Senior Sales Executive or Business Manager to join our expanding team based at our Multi-Award Winning Site at [Employer hidden] KIA Warwick Dealership. We are looking for a driven Retail Business Manager to join our thriving franchised dealership and play a key role in shaping our sales performance and Group growth.

Ideal Candidate

  • Have at least three years’ experience fulfilling a Senior Sales Executive or Business Manager role; a franchise dealership is preferable
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have a proven track record of meeting departmental Sales and F&I targets
  • Have proven ability to influence, motivate and lead by example
  • Be able to demonstrate achieving the highest standard of customer satisfaction
  • Have a full UK driving licence

Main Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Duties

  • Support and coach the Sales team to enhance efficiency, compliance and conversion
  • Managing the Sales team to achieve individual sales and F&I KPI’s
  • Maintain effective cost management in line with industry KPI’s
  • Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction levels in line with our National Franchise and Group standards
  • Keep the department compliant with Franchise standards and FCA regulations
  • Drive retention and financial renewal performance within the Dealership and Sales team
  • You are confident to make your own decisions and see the task through to completion
