Retail Business Manager, KIA Warwick

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Driving licence required: Yes

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Have at least three years’ experience fulfilling a Senior Sales Executive or Business Manager role; a franchise dealership is preferable
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a proven track record of meeting departmental Sales and F&I targets
- Have proven ability to influence, motivate and lead by example
- Be able to demonstrate achieving the highest standard of customer satisfaction
- Have a full UK driving licence

Main Responsibilities and Day to Day Duties
- Support and coach the Sales team to enhance efficiency, compliance and conversion
- Managing the Sales team to achieve individual sales and F&I KPI’s
- Maintain effective cost management in line with industry KPI’s
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction levels in line with our National Franchise and Group standards
- Keep the department compliant with Franchise standards and FCA regulations
- Drive retention and financial renewal performance within the Dealership and Sales team
- You are confident to make your own decisions and see the task through to completion
