Social Media Coordinator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to manage content scheduling across social networks and YouTube, coordinate with production and copywriting teams, optimize posts, research trends, and conduct account audits. This fully remote contract role offers up to 23k USD per year and requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

What You’ll Make Happen
- Reviewing and scheduling content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels
- Coordinating with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’ content production, copywriting and captioning teams
- Coordinating with client contacts to ensure social media posts meet expectations
- Optimising content for social media with effective thumbnails and copy
- Researching clients' shows/movies, performing competitor analysis, and carrying out regular account audits
- Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming social content and digital activation strategies based on the latest trends and features
- Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes for new projects

Recruitment Process
- First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.
- If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Bella, our Head of Social Media Management, and Caspar, our Head of Social Operations, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
- Finally, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.
