Graduate Sports Coach

This is a full-time, term-time position, 2-year fixed term contract starting 1st September 2025. Salary: £14,500 per annum. Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. Closing date: 21st April 2025.
Job Overview
For September 2025 [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking to appoint Graduate Sports Coach with a specialism in Netball to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a love of sport who is equally committed to participation as well as performance, and has the ability to engage and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of the sports department
- Opportunities to assist with the teaching of PE and Sports Science

- Expected to specialise in Netball
Person Specification
- Qualifications: Degree in Sports related field
- Specialist Skills & Experience: Personally committed to continued professional development; ability to coach at least 1 sport to a high level; ability to referee in at least one sport; good ICT skills; driving licence
- Personal Skills: Enthusiastic and energetic; good team player; patience; good organisational skills; good professional manner and appearance; excellent practitioner able to inspire pupils; ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents; willingness to contribute fully to the life of a busy boarding school
