What You'll Do

The Capital PM team is responsible for understanding users’ needs, creating a lending roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams. As Product Manager for Capital International, you will own the international business end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand financing needs of users on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
  • Be the face of Capital with major international partners.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for scaling lending globally.
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and launch user-facing experiences.
  • Drive adoption and impact of financing across direct businesses and platforms.

Who You Are

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within technical domains.
  • Passion for building technology that promotes economic opportunity.
  • Ability to speak the language of many stakeholders – engineering, UX, legal, compliance.
  • Experience aligning stakeholders via strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience launching and scaling fintech products.

In-Office Expectations

Office-assigned Stripes are expected to spend at least 50% of time in the local office or with users. This hybrid approach balances in-person collaboration with flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

Annual salary range: £100,000 - £150,000 (primary location London). Benefits may include equity, bonus, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
