What you'll do
As a Talent Brand Program Manager, you will own [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s reputation as an employer — shaping how candidates perceive and experience [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at every touchpoint in their journey. You'll be responsible for managing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), driving recruitment marketing programs, and building recruiter enablement resources.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), including the messaging matrix and visual design system.
- Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s careers site ([Employer hidden].com/jobs).
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and programs.
- Build and maintain recruiter enablement resources.
- Drive EVP measurement through brand studies and reporting.
- Manage and grow strategic external partnerships.
- Support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] leadership visibility programs.
- Manage two agency relationships across multiple programs.
- Operate as a program management expert across the Talent Brand portfolio.
- Produce regular reporting on recruitment marketing performance.
Who you are
Minimum requirements: 8+ years in employer branding, proven track record of managing complex programs, experience developing EVP, strong influence skills, agency management experience, budget management, analytical skills, excellent communication.
Preferred qualifications: experience in high-growth tech, familiarity with Gem and LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Figma, event marketing, content creator partnerships, AI tools, communications function.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $184,600 - $276,800. Additional benefits may include equity, bonus, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends. Office locations: New York, London, or South San Francisco HQ. Remote in United States.
