GSI Partner Development Lead- EMEA

This role is within the Global Alliances and Channels team, focusing on building and scaling partnerships with professional services firms like Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, and Infosys.

What You’ll Do

The Partner Development Manager will support the success of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Global Alliance with Accenture and other key GSIs in EMEA, driving joint GTM and co-sell. You will work alongside the Accenture Global PDM and other GSI PDMs to drive net new demand.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Accenture PDM and other GSI PDMs on strategy, joint solution development, enablement, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Enable [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and partner sales teams on unique joint value propositions, lead account mapping workshops, and co-create opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources to support co-sell and GTM activities, creating a scalable joint GTM model.
  • Support key deal execution with partners, both pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Broker internal resources needed to achieve quarterly goals.

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology GTM experience.
  • Strategy, sales, and development experience with consulting partners or ISVs.
  • Process-oriented mindset with desire to build for scale.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for functional leadership.
  • Ability to lead and be a team player on cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to build and execute territory-specific plans.
  • Excellent operational hygiene in Salesforce.

Preferred Experience

  • Accenture direct or indirect GTM experience.
  • Experience driving GTM with GSIs like PwC, Cognizant, Infosys, Deloitte.
  • Exposure to payments, commerce, and Q2C landscape.
  • Experience building successful joint GTM solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £117,400 - £176,000. Benefits include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. This role is remote in the United Kingdom.
