Job Opportunity

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] consists of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and Lifestyles Community Services (Herne), Lady Dane Farmhouse (Faversham), Redwalls and Footprints (Canterbury) and Platters Farm Lodge (Rainham). This role is based at Lady Dane Farmhouse which is a beautiful 15-bedded home set in the Kent countryside on the outskirts of Faversham. The home welcomes adults with mixed disabilities who need long or short-term residential care. As a Bank Care & Support Worker you will look after the day-to-day needs of our service users, showing compassion, care and commitment. You will support the aims and objectives of the Foundation.

• Be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
• Be flexible to cover shifts when required.
• Be able to commit to the reasonable amount of shifts expected.
• Able to clearly communicate with the service users.
• Be enthusiastic, caring, friendly and compassionate.
