Join our brilliant bank of Care & Support staff at Lady Dane Farmhouse, Faversham to pick up day shifts.

You will be expected to accept a reasonable number of shifts to retain familiarity with operational procedures and service users’ needs. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (SPF) considers an average of 3 shifts per month to be reasonable. Our hourly rate of pay is £12.87
Essential Skills
- Have a strong interest in working in adult care services and a desire to make a difference.
- Be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
- Be flexible to cover shifts when required.
- Be able to commit to the reasonable amount of shifts expected (as mentioned above).
- Able to clearly communicate with the service users.
- Be enthusiastic, caring, friendly and compassionate.
