Job Opportunity
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] consists of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and Lifestyles Community Services (Herne), Lady Dane Farmhouse (Faversham), Redwalls and Footprints (Canterbury) and Platters Farm Lodge (Rainham). This role is based at Lady Dane Farmhouse, a beautiful 15-bedded home set in the Kent countryside on the outskirts of Faversham. As a Bank Care & Support Worker you will look after the day-to-day needs of our service users, whilst showing compassion, care and a commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that they are comfortable in their home. As this is a bank position, you will support the aims and objectives of the Foundation and play a full and active part in the community.

- Be flexible to cover shifts when required.
- Be able to commit to the reasonable amount of shifts expected.
- Able to clearly communicate with the service users.
