Field Sales Executive
SUEZ recycling and recovery UK is hiring a Field Sales Executive based in Hayes. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £36,600 basic plus uncapped OTE (expected £9,000) and company car.

About the Role
As part of the dedicated Regional Field Sales Team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Recycling and Recovery UK, you will secure new business in a purpose-led industry. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored Total Waste Solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, reporting activity on the Company Operating System, creating sales plans, delivering presentations, and promoting recycling-led services.
Requirements

- Proven track record in Sales
- Strong communication skills
- IT literacy and CRM confidence
- Ability to create sales plans, present, and negotiate
- Collaborative approach
- Experience in waste/recycling industry desirable but not essential
