Operations Trainee Manager
Location: Rugby | Contract Type: Fixed term (24 months) | Working Pattern: Full time | Salary: £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car + Benefits
About the Role
- Start date: Monday 07th September 2026
- Development role leading to managerial positions within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Structured short term placements across Recycling & Recovery business over 24 months
- Learn waste management industry and general management skills
- Expectation of managerial role upon successful completion
- Travel and overnight stays required; fully expensed company car and accommodation provided
- Can be based around Rugby area
- Salary: £28,673 - £31,257 + Company Car + Up to 3% Bonus + Benefits
- Undertake apprenticeship alongside role
- Must have right to work in UK without sponsorship now or in future
What will I be doing?
- Develop comprehensive understanding of how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] operates and competes in waste management
- Support projects and initiatives across Processing business
- Personal projects within specific areas
- Professional and personal development through knowledge improvement
- Learn and develop managerial skills and techniques
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and confidence to drive long distances
- Must currently live or be willing to relocate to relevant region
- Must be OK with overnight stays
- Good demonstrable level of education
- 3 A levels at grade A-C (or equivalent)
- Right to work in UK without sponsorship now or in future
- Preferably prior work experience
