FULL DESCRIPTION

Female Live-In Care Assistant

  • Location: Various Locations within London
  • Salary: £799.68-£846.72 per week + £40 food allowance
  • Shifts: week-long, short-term (2 weeks on) and long-term (5+ weeks on)

Key Responsibilities

  • Offering companionship and fostering social interaction.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks to ensure hygiene and well-being.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Providing mobility support for safety and comfort.
  • Managing medication administration in accordance with care plans.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
  • Assisting with various daily tasks to support the client’s needs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Right to Work: Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorships currently).
  • Availability: Able to work full time hours on short-term or long-term package.
  • Minimum 3 months' experience in caring for elderly or dementia clients.
  • Ability to connect empathetically with elderly or disabled clients.
  • Understanding of needs of elderly, dementia, or disabled adults.
  • Ability to administer medications, provide personal care, complete administrative tasks.
  • Ability to help with grocery shopping and meal preparation.
  • Passion for person-centred care.
  • Ability to maintain meticulous records.
