1st Team Recruitment Analyst

Contract: Full-time (40 hours)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Role Overview
This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise to aid all stages of the scouting and recruitment process for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Key Responsibilities
- Identify players of interest via scouting intelligence, data and video
- Create video profiles on potential players of interest
- Create ‘Player Packs’ on target players to be shared with key stakeholders
- Contribute towards the video scouting workflow within the department
- Work closely with the Data & Insights Lead to ensure [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] stays ahead of the curve in latest technical developments in Scouting & Recruitment
- Work with the Lead Analyst and Data & Insights Lead to equip the department with information to benchmark and relate to current squad performance
- Manage lists of players of interest generated from the department
- Assist in coordinating and shaping staff focus within the department
- Contribute towards Loan Management processes
- Attend Scouting & Recruitment meetings where necessary
Person Specification
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Proficient in software and data sources such as StatsBomb, SkillCorner, Wyscout, Opta
- Technically competent to produce video clips in a presentable manner
- Advanced and creative presentation skills
- Ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and willingness to work evenings and weekends
Desirable
- FA Talent ID Level 3
