1st Team Recruitment Analyst
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a 1st Team Recruitment Analyst to join the First Team Scouting and Recruitment Department at Fairwood Training Ground, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The role will provide technical expertise to aid all stages of the Scouting and Recruitment process.

- Remuneration: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00

- Contract: Full Time (40 hours)
- Working Schedule: The role requires an individual who can perform such hours as necessary to complete their roles and responsibilities. The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g., evenings/Saturdays/Sundays/Bank Holidays) based around team schedules.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To identify players of interest via scouting intelligence, data, and video.
- Create video profiles on potential players of interest.
- Create ‘Player Packs’ on target players to be shared with key stakeholders.
- To contribute towards the video scouting workflow within the department.
- To work closely with the ‘Data & Insights Lead’ to make sure that [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] stay ahead of the curve in the latest technical developments within Scouting & Recruitment.
- Work with the Lead Analyst and the Data & Insights Lead to ensure the department are equipped with information they need to benchmark and relate to the current performance of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] squad at any given time.
- Manage the lists of players of interest that are generated from the department.
- Assist in coordinating and shaping what members of staff within the department spend their time focusing on.
- Contribute towards the Loan Management processes that the Club have in place.
- Attend Scouting & Recruitment meetings where necessary.

Person Specification
Essential
- Proficient in the use of software and data sources such as (StatsBomb, SkillCorner, Wyscout, Opta).
- Technically competent to be able to produce video clips in a presentable manner.
- Advanced and creative presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and a willingness to work evenings and weekends where required.
Desirable
- FA Talent ID Level 3.
