Location: Swansea, UK | Salary: £18,500.00 per year | Type: Full-time (40 hours pw), On-site

Job Description

We're looking for a full-time administrative assistant to join our evolving Commercial Department. This role will be key in maintaining communication and organisation throughout the department as well as completing administrative tasks to support the department as a whole. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this role will also assist the Head of Commercial in managing their day-to-day diary, co-ordinate meetings between the department heads as well as being the point of contact for the department heads.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organise and schedule department meetings by booking suitable rooms, setting up web calls and minute taking.
  • Compile departmental reports as well as analysis on the wider commercial budgets.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and shredding.
  • Follow all Club Policies, such as Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Anti-Corruption & Bribery and GDPR.
  • Make suggestions to improve the working environment and contribute to positive employee relations within your area of work and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as a whole.

Person Specification

  • Natural flair for organisation, exceptional communicator with a friendly disposition.
  • Can-do attitude that can adapt to changing situations and multitask.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and proficient IT skills are essential.
  • Extensive use and knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential.
