Administrative Assistant

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for a fixed-term contract of 18 months at the Swansea.com Stadium. The role provides administrative support to the Operations Department, focusing on match day preparation and general office duties.

Job Details

  • Department: Operations
  • Reports to: Senior Administrator
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 18 months
  • Remuneration: £18,304.00 per annum
  • Working Hours: 32 hours / 4 days per week (1 day match day). Flexible across a seven-day pattern including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Populating and assigning stewarding shifts via the attendance system
  • Collating and coordinating match day parking lists
  • Printing and distributing accreditation
  • Assisting in recruitment of match day personnel (attending recruitment days, assisting in interviews, conducting onboarding tasks: right to work, references, DBS checks)
  • Match Day tasks supporting the safety team
  • Ad-hoc reception cover

Person Specification

  • Proven experience within an administrative role
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using online systems (time & attendance)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Team worker and willing to support other areas of the business
