Executive Assistant

The role involves diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and general office duties. Requires at least 3 years' experience as an executive PA/secretary, flexibility with working hours, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Core Duties
- Assisting the Owners and Senior Management with diary management, meetings, minute taking, administrative support, planning visits, coordinating travel, and organising meetings.
- General administrative support to Stadium Operations Team including filing, scanning, shredding, match day preparation, answering calls/emails, recruitment of match day stewards, printing accreditation, distributing mail.
Person Specification
- Education: Minimum A level or equivalent; relevant professional qualification desirable.
- Experience: At least 3 years as an executive PA or secretary, experience drafting briefings/presentations, supporting senior staff, diary management, travel, meeting preparation and minute taking.
- Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, confidentiality, resilience, organisation, multitasking.
