Client Development Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Work: Hybrid

About the Role

As our new Client Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our holiday parks portfolio, identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and helping shape a best-in-class proposition. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Legal.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, target, and secure new holiday park and multi-site operator partnerships
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from first contact to signed contracts
  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and translate into commercial propositions
  • Deliver engaging pitches and presentations
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Onboarding teams for seamless handovers
  • Support contract negotiations alongside Legal
  • Gather market and competitor insights
  • Represent the business at industry events
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting against targets

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience (travel, leisure, hospitality, property, or holiday parks)
  • Track record of sourcing, pitching, and converting new business
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach
  • Confident communication, presentation, negotiation, objection-handling
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering against targets
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset in a matrix environment
