SMB Publisher Account Manager (French or German speaker)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join the Optimise SMB Publishers team in London. This is a growing team of superstars at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] who are dedicated to making sure every single one of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s small and medium sized clients achieves success on our platform. We manage a global portfolio of publishers who come in all different shapes and sizes and are their champions when it comes to all things performance – and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join us on this adventure.
Requirements
- Speak French or German at a native or professional level, plus English at a professional proficiency level
- Have 0 – 2 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacity
- Have a data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and product
- Are a team player who is ready to collaborate with a high performing team
- Full right to work permanently in the UK without visa sponsorship
- Have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

- Identify upsell opportunities by using data and an analytical mindset
- Use your consultative skills to speak with our publisher partners via video conferencing and the phone, understand their objectives and suggest ways that [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] can help them get there
- Identify, pitch and close upsell opportunities at scale
- Own quarterly revenue and activity targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve client experience.
