Autosar - Scrum Master
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you matter! We are looking for a Scrum Master with AUTOSAR experience to join our automotive team. This role involves leading agile teams in developing embedded software for connected and autonomous vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- 3-6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive Platform projects.
- Strong understanding of AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE, ECU development workflows.
- Experience tracking project progress using Jira, VersionOne, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Git, Jenkins.
- Good understanding of automotive standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, CAN, LIN, UDS, Diagnostics workflows.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
- Exposure to continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). Understanding of model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Familiarity with OEM-specific processes (VW, BMW, Stellantis, Renault, etc.).
- Experience working with global distributed teams.
