Content & Marketing Executive
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a talented Content & Marketing Specialist to shape and deliver the voice of the resort across hotel, golf, and wellness offerings. This role involves creating and refining content for guest and member touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with heads of department and teams across the resort to gather information and develop content
- Building strong working relationships to ensure accurate and timely communication
- Liaising with external digital marketing and design agencies
- Writing and editing high-quality, on-brand content across digital and print channels
- Supporting the creation of menus, brochures, and advertisements
- Producing guest communications, newsletters, and member updates
- Ensuring consistency, tone, and attention to detail across all communications
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and seasonal activity
- Managing and prioritising content across multiple projects
- Maintaining and updating website content
- Supporting digital marketing performance through effective content and collaboration with agency partners
- Promoting key revenue areas including rooms, golf, wellness, dining, conferencing and events
- Contributing to campaigns that drive engagement and bookings
About You
- A confident and capable writer with a natural sense of tone and style
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
- Digitally confident with an understanding of online content
- An appreciation for hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
A formal marketing qualification is not essential. We are far more interested in your ability to write beautifully, think clearly, and communicate with care.
