- Salary: FTE £64,356 - £69,661
- Start Date: ASAP

As HR & People Director you will champion collaborative working and continual professional development for all staff to nurture, maintain and empower a happy, vibrant and skilled workforce. The trust encapsulates this commitment, living by its strapline “working together, inspiring excellence” in each of its 37 primary academies, 22 nurseries and an outdoor education centre, located across Cornwall.
Our trust seeks a Director with a strong understanding of risk, opportunities and landscape of a growing MAT. As HR & People Director you will be up to date in HR legislation and practice. All of these are necessary for the work of the MAT to succeed.
You will also be supported by our experienced trust board and will work in partnership with our other directors, strategic leads, Heads of School, and the Diocese, to develop our trust and ensure that both the MAT as a whole and its individual schools consistently achieve excellent educational outcomes for all pupils.
The role will be based at St Austell, however, there are opportunities for hybrid approaches to working across the Trust. The role is offered as full time but part time hours can be considered.
