Behaviour Support Worker Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker to join the Behaviour Team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].

The role includes: Supporting learners in class and across school settings; delivering targeted interventions; supporting the delivery of behaviour support strategies including Team Teach; contributing to training and supporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND and behaviours that challenge, be calm and resilient, hold an NVQ Level 3 in Teaching and Learning, and have GCSE Grade 4 in English and Mathematics.
