About the Role

Working closely with the Principal and Vice Principal for Quality of Education, the role ensures high quality teaching and curriculum access for pupils with SEN and those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise and a calm, resilient approach.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check required
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Strong experience in senior leadership, inclusion, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour
• Proven ability to work with external agencies and build trust
