Health Interventions Practitioner
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Health Interventions Practitioner to join the Children & Youth Services team. This role is based across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] campus, schools, and community venues across Merseyside, with a particular focus on Speke, Garston, and Knowsley. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work.

Key Responsibilities
- Programme Planning and Implementation: developing, organising, and delivering projects, ensuring they meet goals and objectives in line with funding obligations and participant needs.
- Compliance and Safety: complying with all relevant policies, procedures, training and regulations.
- Relationship Building: developing and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication.
- Marketing and Promotion: working with internal and external stakeholders to collate impact suitable for promotion.
- Delivery of 1-1 personalised mentoring support and targeted group work, raising awareness of various health topics.
- Safeguarding: understanding and applying the Club’s Safeguarding policy, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications in health/nutrition/mental health
- Certificate/Training in Safeguarding
- Experience delivering in schools, community and educational settings
- Experience delivering workshops and targeted interventions to a high standard
- Ability to gain trust of participants to inspire and motivate
- Ability to competently present on health topics (mental and physical)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/organisations
