Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a HLTA: Connections Co-ordinator to join our supportive and dynamic SEND team. This key post will appeal to someone who has a desire to make a real difference to the educational experience of young people and who is considering a career in education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Connections Base (SEND Inclusion Base). They will work closely with senior leaders and SENDCOs to support students to overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will lead our dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) providing in class support.
