Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum design and implementation, ensuring a broad, balanced, coherent curriculum underpinned by Catholic values.
- Oversee the school timetable and assessment practices to track pupil progress.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student outcomes, providing support and challenge to staff.
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and assessment for outstanding outcomes.
- Develop staff through professional development and well-being strategies.
- Build relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community.
- Foster a positive, inclusive school culture aligned with Catholic ethos.
Candidate Requirements
- Practising Catholic with commitment to the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church.
- Proven leadership experience in education.
- Strong track record of improving student outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos of the school.
