About the Role

Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Inspire students to explore their creativity and develop technical artistic skills.
Contribute to the planning and development of the Art curriculum.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and self-expression.
Play an active role in the wider life of the academy and its extra-curricular opportunities.

About You

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
Has strong subject knowledge in Art.
Is passionate about inspiring students and raising aspirations.
Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and resilience in their approach to teaching.
