We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and have a creative approach to their work as well as being flexible, adaptable, and willing to engage with the whole life of the school.

  • Have KS1/KS2 Experience
  • Have Qualified Teacher Status
  • Be able to demonstrate high quality, effective classroom practice
  • Provide evidence of relevant, up-to-date CPD
  • Have knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Have experience of using active learning to engage children
  • Establish positive and supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Be passionate about developing the whole child
  • Be patient, calm and have a positive attitude
  • Motivate and encourage children and staff
  • Be very well organised and hardworking
  • Be a strong communicator, approachable and a team player
  • Have a strong commitment to our school’s Christian ethos and values
  • Be able to identify barriers to learning so that all children make progress from their starting points
