• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Set high expectations for all children
• Be passionate about giving every child the very best start to their education
• Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
• Lead and shape the development of our new nursery provision
• Build strong, positive relationships

• Strong understanding of child development
