Job summary

We are seeking to appoint two inspirational, ambitious and talented Class Teachers to join our dedicated and highly motivated team. These posts are for up to one-year maternity cover, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute positively to our school community. The roles are available on a part-time to full-time basis (0.6-1.0 FTE). Hours will be discussed at interview, and the working pattern will be agreed following a successful interview.

The role of the Class Teacher is central to the success of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and is a position which has a direct impact on the outstanding learning opportunities provided to the pupils.

Class Teachers are responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision for all children in their class, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, those more-able learners and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the academy to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

Therefore, we welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as those Early Careers Teachers (ECTs).
