About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting children across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and ensure all children are fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils during teacher-led activities, encouraging independence and active participation.
- Prepare and maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment, including assisting with displays and resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's social development during learning and break times.
- Build positive relationships with pupils to support their learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality, uphold safeguarding procedures, and model the school's values in all interactions.
