- Thorough knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning issues.
- Ability to generate, organise and analyse data in order to raise standards.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of assessment.
- Understanding of the school's ethos and behavioural policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations.
