What skills and experience we're looking for

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking to appoint a Phase Leader to support the senior leadership team and be accountable for the educational progress of learners within a designated learning phase. This is an exciting opportunity to effectively lead teaching and learning, develop one or more curriculum area and line manage a team of teaching and support staff.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • A demonstrable track record of excellent teaching practice.
  • Ability to contribute effectively to the management, organisation and running of the school.
  • To be able to innovate, inspire and motivate other staff.

Our school is a large primary school based across 2 sites in the east end of Newcastle. We currently have 650 pupils aged from 2 to 11.
