• Full-time equivalent salary: £36,400 - £53,040 and a ‘Golden Hello’ of £2000.00
• Additional allowances: TLR1 £12,608.00 PA

• Strong and effective leader of mathematics: someone who will lead a team of mathematics teachers and ensure excellent outcomes for young people.
• A Director: this could be someone who has previously experience as a Head of Maths, or someone who is ready to step up to this role.
• Someone who is committed to significantly improving the life chances of young people in our context.
