This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, ambitious leader with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes for pupils. You will be an excellent communicator and people‑manager, able to motivate and empower staff while making a meaningful difference to children’s lives.
The role would suit an experienced Deputy Headteacher or Senior Teacher ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. You will be well supported by our experienced Headteacher and Head of Cambourne Campus, alongside access to ongoing professional development. In return, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of learning and achievement across the school.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for Teaching and Learning and will also carry a small teaching commitment, tailored to the needs of the school.
