Job Summary

The Role
As an EYFS/Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years provision that inspires curiosity, builds strong foundations, and supports every child to succeed.
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS provision
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Ensure strong progress through high-quality teaching and assessment
- Support early language, communication, and personal development
- Plan and deliver learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Use continuous provision effectively to support independent learning
- Observe, assess, and respond to children’s individual needs
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Support school priorities and a culture of high expectations
