This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a specialist provision that will support pupils with additional needs to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

About the Provision

The provision will offer:

• A nurturing and structured environment for pupils with SEND
• A focus on communication, independence and emotional development
• A personalised and ambitious curriculum tailored to individual needs
• Close partnership working with families and external agencies

The Successful Candidates Will:

• Have experience of teaching pupils with SEND (or a strong interest in this area)
• Demonstrate high expectations for all learners
• Be skilled in adapting teaching to meet a range of needs
• Work collaboratively with support staff, families and professionals
• Be committed to inclusive education and improving outcomes for all pupils
